Johanna von Websky – Assistant to the Managing Director, Programme Team

Johanna von Websky joined DOK.fest München in 2015, initially working in film administration before becoming assistant to the managing director and part of the programme team. She previously coordinated film and media projects at Haus der Kulturen der Welt and worked at the Prix Jeunesse International.

Marion Czarny – Head of Campus & Programmer

Marion Czarny oversees FIPADOC’s initiatives for students and emerging professionals, including the Young Europeans Jury, regional and European pitching sessions, and the New Talent selection. She coordinates the Docs4Teens and Doc Around Europe networks, and has served as a jury member at numerous European festivals. Her work focuses on empowering youth through documentary film

Maria Colomer Canyelles – Head of Programming & Artistic Co-Director

Maria Colomer is Head of Programming and Artistic Co-Director at DocsBarcelona, where she leads the festival’s curatorial vision and strategy. She has worked across international documentary platforms such as The Why Foundation and Docsville, and has a background in documentary production.


Biografilm Festival

Chiara Boschiero – Head of Educational Projects & Senior Programmer

Chiara Boschiero leads educational and audience development initiatives at Biografilm Festival, with a focus on school audiences. She also collaborates with Pop Up Cinema and I Wonder Pictures. With a background in human rights and co-productions, she builds strategic partnerships and develops participatory film projects.


VERZIÓ

Enikő Gyureskó – Festival Director

Enikő Gyureskó has led VERZIÓ since 2016, overseeing strategy, fundraising, partnerships, and team coordination. She also works with KineDok, Europe’s largest documentary film club network, and served on the board of MADOKE (2022–25). A member of the Documentary Association Europe and the European Film Academy, she frequently speaks on programming, audience development, and festival strategy.


MakeDox

Darko Nabakov – Festival Director

Darko Nabakov is an actor and art historian based in Skopje with over twelve years at MakeDox. He has worked across film selection, visual design, catalogue editing, and the Traveling Cinema program, and has led the festival as director since 2019. He is also event manager at Europe House Skopje and curated the film program at the Museum of Contemporary Art Skopje in 2021 and 2022. Over his career, he has organized more than 350 cultural events, many with a focus on young audiences.
