Biography
Fabio Lucchini is an Italian documentary producer, director and writer based in France. After studying anthropology and cinema in Paris, he founded Khora Film in 2017. Over more than a decade in documentary filmmaking, he has developed and produced several international co-productions, including Putin Forever (2017), The Green Gold (2019) and The Forgotten Roundup (2023).
As a director, his work includes Bulaq (2011), The Forgotten Roundup (2023), which explores the largely forgotten 1943 destruction of Marseille’s Old Port district and the deportations of its residents, and The Revolution Will Be Televised (2026), a feature documentary examining Silvio Berlusconi’s media and political legacy.
His work focuses particularly on history, politics, social change and collective memory.
