Biography
Born in Foggia in 1990, graduated in Communication Sciences from the University of Bologna. He completed his education with a Master's degree in Journalism at the Ilaria Alpi School of Journalism in Bologna. Documentary filmmaker and professional journalist registered with the regional order of Emilia Romagna. Over the years he has collaborated with La Repubblica, La 7, Il Fatto Quotidiano, Daily Mirror, Internazionale and Corriere della Sera. He is co-author and co-director of the feature documentary on the world of sex-workers, Silvia's Game. He made, among others, a short documentary on Patrick Zaki, Waiting for Patrick, produced by GediVisual and selected for the RiFilm festival. He won honorable mention at the 2019 Pio La Torre Prize and the Articolo 21 “Free to” 2021 Journalism Prize. He was awarded the Oliviero Beha Prize as the best emerging journalist in Emilia Romagna 2021.
